Marx Towing, Inc. was founded by Harry Marx in 1965 in Gilroy, CA. Marx also started Harry Marx Chevrolet-Cadillac, Harry Marx Mitsubishi-Isuzu and Marx Automotive Group – all in Gilroy.
In 1993, former Major League Baseball pitcher Frank LaCorte (who was born and raised in Gilroy) purchased the towing business from Harry and has since built the company into the premiere towing and recovery business it is today.
Since 1965 Marx Towing, Inc. has been the leader in towing, roadside assistance and rescue/recovery in Gilroy, Morgan Hill, Hollister and South San Jose areas of California. Our staff is highly trained and continue rigorous technical training to guarantee the highest level of expertise and safety to our customers.
